Hello! Welcome to our blog.
This is a collaborative endeavor by a number of NYU Abu Dhabi students enrolled in Citizen Writer (CADT-UH 1034) — in Fall 2021, taught by Dr. Miguel Syjuco, Assistant Professor of Practice, Literature and Creative Writing at NYUAD.
The aim of the project is to bring under one (digital) roof ideas, meditations, and aspirations that are wildly distinctive — in style, structure, and the subjects they engage with. This isn’t to say there’s little thematic coherence: these vastly different pieces are coherently strung together by our collective will to do good and drive change, in ways small and large.
